User Account Management

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

proton88 provides a range of secure and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods. All financial transactions are processed promptly and protected by a high-level security system.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong to the registered user. proton88 does not accept payments from third parties. Any withdrawal will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit except in certain circumstances approved by management.

Bonus Terms and Requirements

proton88 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is credited automatically when you make a qualifying first deposit. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

The set calculation examples are as follows:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,300 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per registered user
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash
• proton88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any abuse is found
• Other promotions such as cashback, birthday bonuses and referral bonuses have their own respective terms which will be communicated separately
• proton88 reserves the right to change, end or add any promotion without prior notice

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

The proton88 VIP Programme is designed to reward loyal players through a three-tier system. Progression between tiers depends on overall betting activity and playing frequency.

• 🥉 Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3% of net betting amount
• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7% of net betting amount
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0% of net betting amount

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to accounts automatically. The actual cashback amount depends on betting activity during the relevant period. proton88 reserves the right to change cashback rates and VIP programme terms at any time with reasonable notice given to the members concerned.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the proton88 platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, mix parlay and other games — have their own rules that must be followed.

Users agree that:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled except under circumstances permitted by the platform
• The use of third-party software, automated bots or any tool to manipulate games is strictly prohibited
• Any network disruption during a game is the user's own risk unless caused by a fault on the proton88 server side
• For sports betting, all displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed

For mix parlay, all legs in a single ticket must win for a full payout to be received. Winnings are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet is placed, not the odds at the time the match is played.
